At Imaginex inks Publication, we invite scholars and researchers to submit original and innovative conference papers that reflect our commitment to academic excellence and intellectual curiosity. To ensure a smooth and professional submission process for conference proceedings, we kindly request all authors to follow these submission guidelines:

1. Submission Format:

   • File Type: Papers must be submitted in PDF format/ word format.

   • Font & Spacing: Times New Roman, 12-point font, single-spaced.

   • Referencing Style: Use APA, IEEE, or any other consistent citation style aligned with the conference's theme.

2. Title Page:

   • Include the paper title, author(s), institutional affiliation(s), and contact information.

   • Attach a 50 word biography for each author.

3. Abstract & Keywords:

   • Provide an abstract (max. 150 words) summarizing the paper’s content.

   • Include 4-6 keywords related to the paper.

4. Originality & Plagiarism:

   • Only original, unpublished papers will be accepted. Simultaneous submissions to other conferences are not allowed.

   • Plagiarism checks will be performed.

5. Review Process:

   • Papers will undergo a single-blind peer review. Notification of acceptance will be sent within 2-3 weeks.

6. Submission Procedure:

   • Papers must be submitted through the online portal [Insert Link] or emailed to editor@imaginexinkspublication.com.

7. Copyright Agreement:

   • Authors must sign a copyright agreement upon acceptance. Imaginex Inks retains the right to make editorial changes for clarity.
